Product Description
Spherical Rod End Bearing (spherical surface of inner ring chrome plated), copper ring gasket, and threaded extension bar (galvanized surface). It is classified according to the lubrication state into self-lubricating (without nozzle) and padded (with nozzle). It also can be classified into right-handed and left-handed (add "L" symbol for the left-handed) based on the direction of thread.
There are many kinds of bearing materials, of which there are commonly used carbon steel, bearing steel and iron; there are not commonly used stainless steel, plastics, nylon, aluminum alloy, etc.
1: Shell
2: Joint ball
3: Ring
4: Liner or nozzle
Basic Specification

Features:
1. The rod end bearing is produced in strict accordance with the bearing industry standards and advanced production processes.
2. It can withstand combined loads with large radial loads. It has a certain axial limit capability, allowing the curve of the shaft to the housing hole to have a relatively large relative skew.
3. The product has a simple structure and high precision.
Applications:
Spherical rod end bearings work like human joints and are widely used in the movable part of aircraft wings, the connection between aircraft engines and wings, the switch parts of various cabin doors, and helicopters, trains, and machines, motor vehicles, power stations, construction machinery, ships, gaming equipment, aerospace and many other fields.
