Our Stainless Steel Rod Ends includes a perforated head with integral rod end, which constitutes a rod end seat of spherical sliding bearings. Usually, the rod end joint bearing has a left or right female thread (inside) or male thread (outside).
Our rod end bearings with steel/steel or steel/copper sliding contact surfaces require maintenance.
Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless steel bearings not only have obvious advantages in materials, but also have stricter control on precision in process and precision than ordinary bearings. Stainless steel bearings work stably during operation, with low noise, corrosion resistance and wide application.
These rod ends can be equipped with:
1. Female and male threads.
2. Female thread with groove shape (hydraulic cylinder special series)
3. Welded shanks with cylindrical or rectangular sections.
Housing- 300 Series Stainless Steel.
Race:Brass lined with Teflon*
Ball- 440 C Stainless Steel.Hardened. Hard Chrome Plated.
2).Do not scale drawing.
3).Unless otherwise specified. all dims are in mm.
4).Breakaway torque for ball must be≤ 500 oz-in.
Stainless Steel Rod Ends bearing is necessary to ensure that the selected rod ends joint bearings have sufficient fatigue strength in various applications but the load strength of it varies, any failure of these bearings can lead to dangerous consequences.
