Basic knowledge and maintenance requirements for hex bolts

- Jul 17, 2019-

The hex bolts need to be fixed and machined during operation. Of course, the machining procedure is relatively simple. There are mainly the following processes: first, the material needs to be pulled, and the material is the material that will be distorted by the puller. Straightening, after this process, the next process can be carried out. The next process is to cut the long straight material into the length required by the customer according to the customer's requirements, which completes the second process, the third way. The process is to put the cut short material on the thread rolling machine and roll out the thread buckle; here the ordinary stud bolt is finished, of course, if other requirements are required, then other processes are needed.

Studs refer to screws with a larger diameter. According to this statement, the diameter of the screw is much smaller than that of the bolt. Studs have no heads, and some are called studs. The studs are threaded at both ends with no threads in the middle and a polished rod in the middle. Studs are used on large equipment such as deceleration frames. In actual use, the external load will have vibration and the influence of temperature will cause the friction to become smaller, and the threaded connection will be slack and invalid for a long time.

The stud bolts need to be repaired by the stud bolts during normal times. Studs or anchor bolts may cause problems under the action of long-term mechanical friction. When the problem occurs, the engine oil pan should be removed, the engine bushing should be carefully checked, and the gap between the bushes should be checked. Is it too big? If the gap is too large, it should be replaced in time. Replace the connecting rod bolts when replacing the stud bolts. Some large equipment, such as nail making machines, should be parked and checked in time if they find that the engine is not running very stable or abnormal noise when running normally, so as to avoid bigger problems.
