When using hot mounting, remove the female end of the threaded rod end and clean it with a clean rag. Make sure that the oil stains and attachments on the bearing surface are cleaned and placed in front of the mating surface. In one operation, the joint bearing is pushed against the shaft shoulder. Always tighten during cooling, or use a small hammer to lightly press the joint bearing against the tight fitting sleeve. Remember, you can slightly rotate the bearing during installation to avoid stuck.
In practical applications, attention should also be paid to the maintenance and repair of female rod end bearing. In order to ensure that the host can work normally, a reasonable maintenance cycle should be established according to the request of the host and the design theory and use of the bearing to ensure regular maintenance. If abnormal problems are encountered during the application, the machine should be shut down for inspection and repair.
