To determine whether the bearings can be used again, according to the damage degree of the bearing, mechanical properties, importance, operating conditions, inspection cycle and other related factors to determine. (a) any one of the inner ring, outer ring, rolling body and cage is cracked or notched.
(b) any one of the rings or rolling bodies is broken.
(c) There is a noticeable abrasion on the rolling surface, the retaining edge, and the rolling body.
(d) The cage is worn visibly, or the rivet is visibly loose.
(e) There is rust or scar on the raceway surface and rolling body.
(f) There are serious indentation or bruising on the raceway surface and rolling body.
(g) There is significant creep on the inner diameter or outer diameter surface of the ring.
(h) Marked discoloration due to overheating.
(i) The bearings sealed into the grease, the sealing ring or dust cover is seriously damaged.
